Employees may be required to use company-provided equipment or approved personal devices. All remote work must comply with Vantari Group’s data security, confidentiality, and acceptable use policies. Employees must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to company information.
6. Performance & accountability
Remote work is a privilege based on trust and results. Performance will be evaluated based on outcomes, productivity, quality of work, and adherence to company policies.
